Asheville Anesthesia Names Dr. Diane K. Hankes as Partner
Diane K. Hankes, DO, (Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine) has been named a partner of Asheville Anesthesia Associates, P.A. She joined the practice in 2009 and specializes in Pediatric Anesthesia.
Dr. Hankes graduated with a DO degree from the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Missouri. She completed her residency in anesthesiology at University of Connecticut, where she was Anesthesia Chief Resident. Dr. Hankes also completed a Fellowship in Pediatric Anesthesiology at Children's Hospital Boston, Harvard Medical School. Dr. Hankes is certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology and a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists, the Society of Pediatric Anesthesia and the Western Carolina Medical Society.
Asheville Anesthesia Associates has served Western North Carolina for more than 40 years and provides anesthesia and perioperative management services to area hospitals and surgery centers throughout the region.
