Fay Stamatiades, CRNA, Joins Asheville Anesthesia Associates
Fay Stamatiades, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, has joined Asheville Anesthesia Associates, P.A. Mrs. Stamatiades graduated from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree. She received a Master of Science in Nurse Anesthesia from the Norman R. Wolford School of Nurse Anesthesia at Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers, Florida. Before joining Asheville Anesthesia Associates, Mrs. Stamatiades was employed by Florida Gulf to Bay Anesthesiology Associates in Tampa, Florida.
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) are advanced practice registered nurses who are certified to administer anesthesia after completing anesthesia graduate school programs and a rigorous national exam.
Asheville Anesthesia has served the community for over 40 years and provides anesthesia and perioperative services to area hospitals and surgery centers throughout Western North Carolina.
